We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and Web Development. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client service agreements.
All content created by Nexus Digital, including graphics, text, and code, remains the property of Nexus Digital until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client as per the service agreement.
Payment terms are Net-30 unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause services for overdue accounts. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Nexus Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or ROI due to the volatile nature of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your contract. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
